Jennifer Lopez storms off after Diddy questions at autograph signing: A tense encounter unfolds
During a recent autograph signing, Jennifer Lopez made an abrupt exit after fans began to raise questions about her past relationship with Sean “Diddy” Combs, who faces fresh allegations involving serious charges. Lopez, who once dated the rapper during her early career, was seemingly overwhelmed by the unexpected line of questioning and opted to leave without commenting.

The two stars were known for their high-profile romance in the late 1990s, a relationship marked by reported emotional turmoil and eventual separation.

A tumultuous relationship

Lopez has, in the past, referred to the relationship as challenging, citing infidelity as a significant factor in their breakup.

While Lopez typically keeps her personal history out of the public eye, her decision to walk away from the event signals her unwillingness to revisit that chapter of her life publicly.

“And we broke up many times before that, and got back together and broke up again, and nobody knew about it,” Lopez said in the past.

“It was very tempestuous. Towards the end it was emotionally exhausting. It was good that I was young.”

At the signing, one attendee asked Lopez directly for her thoughts on Diddy’s current legal issues, reportedly asking: “JLo, any comment on Diddy and the recent accusations?”

Lopez, appearing visibly uncomfortable, chose to leave the venue without responding, despite fans urging her to stay.

The incident comes as Lopez goes through her own personal life transitions, including a divorce from estranged husband Ben Affleck.

Her brief but memorable relationship with Diddy ended over two decades ago, yet public curiosity remains.

“[Diddy] told me many times, ‘I want a divorce’,” Lopez, who was not married to Diddy, said in the past.

“I would be away a lot, or he would… he couldn’t go far, whatever, but he would say, ‘So, where do I send the paper?.'”
