North Korean soldiers have become addicted to porn in the war between Russia and Ukraine

This was told by Gideon Rachman, foreign affairs commentator for the Financial Times

North Korean troops are 'hooked on PORN' after being allowed 'unfettered access' to the internet for the first time while fighting for Russia | Daily Mail OnlineEvery day more and more unpredictable news comes out that causes a great impact. This is what has happened with the information that was released on Thursday by Gideon Rachman, foreign affairs commentator for the Financial Times. According to this British journalist, North Korean soldiers sent to the war between Russia and Ukraine have been hooked on pornography.

The conflict between Russia and Ukraine remains one of the confrontations that directly affects the rest of the world, and Korea, an ally of the Russians, knows this well. These soldiers have had unlimited use of the internet for the first time and it seems that it has not been very appropriate. These are soldiers who joined in the name of Russia to participate in a Battle of the Bulge; however, in addition to that, they would be viewing tons of pornography.

“They are gorging themselves on pornography”

“A generally reliable source tells me that the North Korean soldiers who have been deployed to Russia have never before had unrestricted access to the Internet. As a result, they are gorging themselves on pornography”, Gideon Rachman wrote in a post on X, about the 10,000 North Korean soldiers sent by Kim Jong Un to bolster Putin’s war effort.

On the Russian side, Army Lieutenant Colonel Charlie Dietz, a spokesman for the Department of Defense, spoke out. “As entertaining as it sounds, I can’t confirm any North Korean internet or virtual ‘extracurricular’ habits in Russia,” he told Task and Purpose.

“We are focused on the more serious aspects of North Korea’s involvement, if any, in Russia’s military operations. As for Internet access, that is a question best directed to Moscow. At this time, our focus remains on supporting Ukraine and addressing the more important regional security concerns,” he concluded.
